High Speed Photo IC / Short Distance Optical Wireless IC


A new high speed photo IC that outputs the incident light signal as an analog voltage waveform. As a photodetector IC for short distance optical wireless applications, it can be used for visible light communication and more.

Our proprietary photodetector element achieves low capacitance and low noise. A built-in coupling capacitor for DC cutting removes ambient light near DC.
