As a fabless semiconductor venture, we develop photodetector ICs that make the most of our proprietary technology. Our unique photodiode structure, the "dot-diffusion photodiode" (patented in Japan and the United States), achieves far lower capacitance than other companies' products, delivering world-class high sensitivity and high S/N.
